The Training

The Kshaatra yoga teacher training program (yoga certification) is the process in which a yoga student takes a study course to become a yoga teacher. If you are just starting out in your process of becoming a yoga teacher, then you will want to register with 200 hour yoga training. A 200-hour yoga instructor training is the minimum requirement. It is allowed for you to teach professionally once you have passed the 200-hour yoga teacher training. Once you have completed a 200-hour yoga teacher training, then you will be allowed to take the yoga classes and you will have sufficient knowledge and experience to truly become a yoga teacher

Me & My Baby Designed for newborns to crawlers

You will enjoy stretching and exercising with your baby
Enjoy stretching, laughing, moving and relaxing together with your new born. You will learn techniques to relax your baby stretch their bodies and stimulate their minds.
Classes are suitable for newborn and babies up to 14months, in a warm and friendly atmosphere, promoting enjoyment and confidence in the handling of your baby and in ways of relating to them. The shared experience for both parent and baby encourages early bonding and creates a secure and happy foundation of well-being.
Me & My baby yoga is recommended 4-6 weeks after a natural birth.
